Bank On It! is an industry leader in the sales and marketing of discounted and distressed Real Estate in Florida. Partners Gene Schroeder and Angelo D’Alessandro have done 1,000’s of real estate transactions over the last 20 years. Their specialty is wholesaling but are also well versed in rehabbing, rentals, and hard money.

 Gene and Angelo have been flipping deals together since 2001 via their company Reef Properties, LLC. They moved to their Weston office in 2003 and formed Bank On It! which is the premier buyer and seller of distressed properties in South Florida.

Bank On It! is dedicated to providing their clients with a full range of services including strategic planning, property locating, and investor training. They work with a team of energetic like minded investors and realtors and flip 10-15 properties per month. This year they branched out into buying and selling apartment buildings and accumulating rentals. They like the quick lump sum profits that flipping affords them coupled with the long term residual profits from the rentals.

Additionally, they have two marketing ventures- 888-Buy-N-Fix to generate buyer leads and 888-4U2-Sell to attract motivated sellers.

Gene is a graduate of Florida State University with a Degree in Communications and resides Southwest Ranches, FL with his wife and three children.

Angelo is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Master’s Degree in Sociology , and also lives in Southwest Ranches, FL with his wife and two children
